Built on Family, Tradition, & Pizza

Our family’s story begins in Syracuse, New York, where we grew up with a deep appreciation for great food and the traditions behind it. Nearly 20 years ago, we made the move to the Lowcountry and put down roots in North Charleston, a place that has truly become home.

This is our only location, and it’s exactly where we wanted to be. We opened here because of the area’s energy and growth, with close ties to the Airport, Coliseum, Boeing, the Air Force Base, and new infrastructure shaping the future of North Charleston. We wanted to be part of that momentum—and to serve the people who live and work here every day.

While our family comes from upstate New York, our dough recipe comes from the Bronx in NYC. The 100-year-old Bronx-style recipe was refined over time and perfected in upstate New York before making its way south. It’s made with live yeast, pH-balanced water softened with added minerals, and New York’s favorite flour brand. The dough is handmade fresh daily, proofed for 24–48 hours, and never frozen. Every pizza is hand-stretched and tossed to order, honoring the craft behind true New York–style pizza.

Our sauce follows a traditional pizza sauce recipe, carefully balanced between sweet and savory. We use top-of-the-line ingredients throughout our kitchen—from Grande mozzarella, considered the gold standard in cheese, to Italian sausage sourced from Chicago, chosen after extensive taste testing. Our meatballs are made in-house, and all of our wing sauces are inspired by classic upstate New York recipes such as Buffalo and our Green Machine sauce.

Everything we do comes back to tradition, quality ingredients, and doing things the right way. We’re proud of where we come from, proud of what we make, and proud to call North Charleston home.
